Understanding Reactions to Change2 Hour Live Masterclass (Remote)
Understanding reactions to change is a vital skill for anyone dealing with people in a change situation. Especially managers and leaders, who need to make difficult decisions while bringing their team along on the change journey. Every decision and action takes on added significance and perceived impact in the change environment as team members struggle to assess the impact the change will have on them, as a team and individually.
The leader who understands how people react and why will have greater success with the decisions and actions she takes to navigate her team through the change. She will understand what is really driving these reactions and be able to put strategies in place to ease her team members’ worries and concerns and engage their creativity and experience.
This Masterclass gives delegates insights to how people react in change situations and strategies for a leader to communicate and lead effectively.
