The Role of a Change Leader2 Hour Live Masterclass (Remote)
How many change projects have you been through where the ‘change leader’ simply holds meetings to share updates on progress towards a reasonably vague vision?
The role of the change leader is more than simply sharing information about the vision and creating and implementing a change plan. A good change leader will involve the team in all aspects of change from co-creating the vision to successful conclusion, empowering them to think strategically throughout. The role of the change leader is to develop the team until it comfortably lives and breathes change.
Who should attend our 2-hour Role of a Change Leader Masterclass?
The Role of the Change Leader Masterclass is suitable for any manager, supervisor or team leader who wants to develop an approach to change that empowers the team to think strategically and embrace change opportunities, involved in bringing each change project to a successful conclusion.
This course is also suitable for new and aspiring managers and supervisors who want to develop themselves in readiness for a leadership role and for non-managers who want to be more proactive towards changes happening where they work.
There are no prerequisites for attending this course.
