Facing Challenging Times

2 Hour Live Masterclass (Remote)
People and the organisations they work in are still facing challenging times.  As the pandemic, hopefully, recedes, the cost of living crisis hits us among other political, social and cultural changes.  It is a tough time to be a leader when people are reconsidering their relationship with their job and career, quietly resigning or preferring to continue with the remote/hybrid working model they followed during the pandemic.
These challenging times are going to be with us for a while so it is best to face up to them and take positive action to lead your team through to calmer waters.  In this Masterclass, delegates will have the opportunity to step back, objectively look at the challenges facing their team and consider potential solutions.

Who should attend our 2-hour Facing Challenging Times Masterclass?
