Building Personal Resilience2 Hour Live Masterclass (Remote)
Resilience is often described as the ability of a person to recover quickly from setbacks and adversity. At Etimes2, we agree with this but also think it only tells part of the story. Resilience is more than bouncing back. Building personal resilience is also about our ability to cope better with challenging times as they happen rather than bouncing back afterwards.
Personal resilience is probably the most important resource for coping well during stressful and challenging times in our careers and lives. A resilent person will not need to ‘bounce back’ often because they will be better equipped to cope well in the first place.
In this Building Personal Resilience Masterclass, we introduce delegates to skills, techniques and strategies enabling them to cope well with challenging situations, optimise the opportunities presented in such situations and bounce back when necessary.
This 2-hour virtual Masterclass is tutor-led and highly interactive, containing a variety of tools, activities and exercises to build your confidence and resilience. Delegates receive access to on-line resources which can be revisited at any time.
