Motivating Your Team Request
What Will Learners Gain From Participation?
By the end of this one day programme on Motivating Your Team, learners will understand how employees are motivated and learn new techniques to motivate your own teams. You will:
- Understand what motivation is beyond basic theories
- Be able to apply practical strategies to motivate your team
- Know how to identify and deal with the signs of demotivation
- Develop strategies to understand each person in your team
- Assess motivation levels in your team and create a plan to address any issues
This course takes an intensive look at motivational theories with the intention of bringing learners to a deeper understanding of how to motivate their team. You will be challenged to look at motivational levels in your team and explore your current impact on your team members. This course explores the individuals within your team and what each person needs to be motivated.
While this is an entry level course with no prerequisites, some awareness of basic motivational theories such as Maslow and Herzberg will be useful to allow us to move quickly beyond them.
