Can I ask additional questions?

Yes.  The etimes2 platform contains a section dedicated to maintaining on-going communication with all your employees throughout the year.  This includes a ‘decision making’ feature designed to enable organisations to ask pulse questions, run mini polls and basically ask any question (engagement related or otherwise) to their employees.  There are no limits on the number of questions you can ask.

You have full control over the questions you set and the answers presented for employees to choose from.

This feature is designed for closed or multiple choice questions rather than open discussions.  It is completely anonymous.

Can I hold open discussions with all our employees?

Yes.  The etimes2 platform contains a conversational feature allowing open questions to be posed to all employees.  Any employee can then contribute to this conversation and suggest a solution, answer or help develop a colleague’s contribution. A rating system enables the original author of the question to quickly prioritise responses on the basis of which received more and higher ratings.

This feature is not anonymous allowing employees to have ownership and recognition of their contributions.

Who can start conversations and ask questions?

From the very start, a ‘System Administrator’ will be nominated within your organisation.  The ‘System Administrator’ has access to and control of the control dashboard where s/he can:

  • approve/unapprove users
  • assign permissions to users to ask questions/start conversations
  • manage company structure for reporting dashboards
  • access real time reports
  • manage rewards
What is meant by 'tailored reports'?

While the etimes2 platform gives you access to real-time automated reports, we believe the real power of reporting is found when an experienced psychologist interprets the data across the platform and uses comments and discussions to add depth and meaning.  The ‘tailored report’ is never automated and is written specifically for your business by an organisational psychologist.

Can we design the support we need?

Yes.  We will discuss your support needs at the outset and design a package of support to suit you.  We will also endeavour to absorb this support within the quoted costs for the platform.

Your bespoke support package may include, for example:

  • Meetings
  • Report presentations from etimes2
  • Team support/away days
Are there premium features in addition to the cost quoted?

In a nutshell….No.  The etimes2 platform was designed to provide both your organisation and its employees with feedback and the tools to take action upon that feedback.  These don’t come as additional purchase items.  They are core to our mission to build amazing workplaces where every employee can work to the best of his/her ability and enjoy it.

How much of the platform is open when 'getting started for free'?

You will get access to the 22 item survey and the system administrator control panel.  Licences will be issued for a small number of employees to give you an opportunity to see the real-time reporting.

You will not have access to the communication or pulse survey elements of the platform, nor to the leadership, team and personal development.  The small number of employees will receive individual feedback but will not be able to set action plans to deal with their personal disengagers.

What support is available to help us get started?

We will provide you with a live demonstration / training session to get up and running.  You will also have access to unlimited telephone, remote and email support.  You will also have access to training videos to set up and use each aspect of etimes2.

We can even do most of the set-up process for you.  Just let us know if this is what you prefer.

The etimes2 platform is very intuitive so many people will be able to get started quite quickly.

What leadership, team and personal development is provided?

We do not believe in giving individual employees feedback without also providing them with the tools to deal with this feedback.  etimes2 is all about taking action at all levels rather than simple automated reports.  Every member of your organisation will have access to:

  • video based leadership and personal development training
  • social learning through an exclusive community of etimes2 clients
    • learn from peers from different organisations, sectors and industries.
    • live access to an Organisational Psychologist for specific questions and learning
